Rules and Regulation
1. Eligibility
The Pinoy Bowler’s Club (PBC), invites members and non-members (All Filipino) to participate in the 9 Pin Top Masters 2024. This championship is organizes by the Pinoy Bowler’s Club (PBC) Supported by Ibowl Utama Bowling Center & Go Strike Bowling Center, Only One Category, are introduce this year’s edition.
2. Format
All games in the master qualification (mq) are in the 9 pin tap for 2 Series. During Final All the Game is 9 pin tap format.
Averages will base on PBC /during this period (PBC Averages Session 10). An entrant who has no establish averages must produce written confirmation of theirs averages from other bowling center or group.
3. Venue
All qualification and finals will be held at Ibowl Utama Bowling Center.
4. Registration Fees/Mq Fees/ Final Fee
 Tournament Registration Fee =BND$10 (for PBC members = BND$5).
 Master Qualifying (mq) Fee = BND$ND25 (for PBC Members = BND$23).
 Final Fee 8 Games = BND$100 (for PBC Members = BND$80).
 Official PBC T-Shirt = BND$25.00 ( Additional +5 During Final Event)
5. Handicap
Men Women
Class O - 171 & above = 0 / 5
Class A - 170 – 155 = 5 / 10
Class B - 154 – 139 = 10 / 20
Class C - 138 – 123 = 20  / 30
Class D - 122 & below = 30 / 40
(Extra 5 pins handicap Women/Men senior aged 50 years and above)

6. Events (Qualifying with Final)
Qualifying will commence on July 3, 2024. 3 games will be bowled in this event. An entrant may bowl as many times as he/she chooses and will be close on Saturday, 10 Aug 2024 for the category at 10:00 pm. The best Two Attempts (total 6 games) will be listed for ranking. Top 5 qualifiers will win cash vouchers.

 Game Play Total 8 Games, Every 2 Game Move to Left To left, Right To Right.
 After The game, Top 6 Player’s will play to Step Ladder

 Stepladder Rules
 In Case of Tie, high position will automatically winner and proceed to another stepladder match
 The Winner after kick off games have to beat top seed (No.1) twice to win the title “9 PIN TOP MASTERS”
 Final match of Tie Breaker will remove frame 8/9/10 then bowl again
 For the losers, back to original position after 10 games, regardless of their score, example for 6,5,4 stepladder. No 5th is the winner, and the 6th position is higher than 4th position after the game, 4th place will go down in 1 position, and the 6th will still remain in that position.

8. Tie – Breaking Procedure
a. When a tie occurs in the prize positions, the tiebreaker shall be determined by handicap players with small handicap win.
b. If a tie still exists, players with the smallest different series shall be the winner.

9. Special Notes
a. The committee reserve their right to accept or reject any entry whom they deem fit.
b. Any matters arising and not covered in these competition shall be decided by committee whose decision shall be final
