Employers who failed to show the required documents during the inspectionwere instructed to report to the TAP office for further action and to ensure that the employees are registered and made their contributions.
TAP said permanent workers, temporary workers, contract workers, daily wage workers, and workers in the probationary period who are citizens and permanent residents of Brunei Darussalam meeting the conditions are required to be registered and contribute to the TAP and SCP schemes.
