The Sultanate recorded 250 COVID-19 recoveries on Tuesday, bringing the nationally tally to 228,548.
One case is in Category 4, receiving respiratory assistance and under close observation, the Ministry of Health (MoH) announced in its daily report on Tuesday.
The overall population that has received the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine has increased to 10.6 per cent, while the coverage rate of the Brunei populace with three shots of the vaccine remained at 78.5 per cent.
Meanwhile, the inoculation statistics for children aged five to 11 with two doses of COVID-19 vaccine is 85.9 per cent, while 61.6 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been administered the third dose.
