Three COVID-19 cases are in Category 4 requiring respiratory assistance and close monitoring, while there are no cases in Category 5 requiring treatment at the intensive care unit.

 

No COVID-19 fatalities were recorded in the last 24 hours.

 

The latest COVID-19 updates were shared by the Ministry of Health in its daily report.

 

Meanwhile, 288 recoveries were reported on Thursday, bringing the national tally of recoveries to 229,123.

 

The overall population that has received the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine stands at 10.6 per cent, while the coverage rate of the Brunei population with three doses remained at 78.5 per cent.

 

Meanwhile, the inoculation statistics for children aged five to 11 with two doses of COVID-19 vaccine are at 85.9 per cent, while 61.6 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have been administered the third COVID-19 vaccine dose.
