The Ministry of Health reported no COVID-19 cases in Category 4 or Category 5 on Friday in its daily report.
Category 4 cases would need respiratory assistance and close monitoring while Category 5 would require treatment at the intensive care unit.
No COVID-19 fatalities were reported on Friday.
Meanwhile, 435 COVID-19 recoveries were recorded, bringing the national tally of recoveries to 238,244.
Around 10.9 per cent of the population has received the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine, while 78.6 per cent of the population had received three doses.
About 86.3 per cent of children aged five to 11 have been administered two doses of COVID-19 while 61.7 per cent of adolescents aged 12 to 17 have a third dose.
