As a continuous effort to surpass customer service excellence, NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd launched its new Toyota Showroom in Gadong marking the 55th anniversary of NBT (Brunei) Sdn Bhd being the sole distributor of Toyota in Brunei Darussalam on Friday.

“We are very proud to present the new state-of-art showroom, a design which we have invested focussing on every detail for our customer,” said NBT (Brunei) Managing Director Haji Ahmad Omar bin Pehin Dato Haji Husin at the launch.

Representatives from the embassies, NBT shareholders, business partners and invited guests from Toyota Motor Asia Pacific (TMAP) and Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific (TTAP) were also in attendance. Striving to enhance and prioritise the customers’ experience further, the revamped showroom was intricately designed to serve customers better starting from the inquiring process to the after-sales services. Inspired by the wide and open concept, a more personalised space is set up to cater to customers’ needs.

Among the new experience customers can expect during their visits include a spacious showroom which can host more than 10 vehicles and the availability of a relaxing ambience with the possibility to have a private discussion with financing partners at the showroom.

Customers should also prepare to be awed by NBT’s new indoor vehicle delivery to mark their ownership experience at the showroom.

NBT (Brunei) also received several ground-beaking awards – Triple Crown Award for the Highest Level award for Distributor (39th Award) for 2021, Marketing Award ( 13th Gold Award )of 2021, Value Chain Award (1st Award) of 2021 and the Customer Delight Excellence Award or CDEA (6th Award) of 2021.
