Nur Khairunissa binti Haji Mohammad Wali was the first prize winner in the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 lucky draw when her new vehicle’s plate registration number was called.

She bought a Hyundai Creta in October as a birthday treat for herself. Little did she know the luck her new vehicle would bring her. “I attended the event to see who the first prize winner would be. When my car registration number was called, I paused because I have never won anything this grand,” she said.

“I am excited for this trip as I have never visited Qatar. Maybe I’ll take my family with me.

“My family and I usually watch the World Cup together and guess which country will win.

We always favour the Netherlands,” she added.

Setia Motors Sdn Bhd hosted the lucky draw for their FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 lucky draw on Friday. The promotion was held from September 1 to October 31. Customers who purchased the new Hyundai Creta within the promotional period were entitled to join the lucky draw.

Fifteen names shortlisted by the management on November 2 were invited to attend on Friday’s event. Over 200 names were entitled for the lucky draw.

The draw was conducted by Setia Motors Sales Manager Fadhillah Sulaiman.

The second prize went to Siti Azeerah binti Azari and third prize to Arpah binti Haji Edin.
