Brunei Darussalam continued to record 527 recoveries on Friday bringing the national tally of COVID-19 recoveries to 241,794. Meanwhile only one COVID-19 case remained in Category 4 requiring respiratory assistance and close monitoring while no cases in Category 5 were recorded. For the past 24 hours, no COVID-19 fatality was reported.
The development was shared by the Ministry of Health in its daily report.
The overall population that has received the fourth dose of the COVID-19 vaccine is at 11 per cent while the coverage rate of Brunei population with three shots of vaccine remained at 78.7 per cent.
