The Ministry of Health (MoH) recorded 389 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday from 388 positive results from antigen rapid test (ART) kits and one from RT-PCT laboratory tests, according to Minister of Health Dato Seri Setia Dr Haji Mohd Isham bin Haji Jaafar during a press conference on Tuesday.
