The case against seven officers and personnel of the Royal Customs and Excise Department (RCED) facing charges of corruption, conspiring to commit criminal breach of trust (CBT) and misuse of public office came up in the Intermediate Court on Sunday.
No pleas were taken from all defendants as Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Fitri binti Kiprawi and Prosecutor Siti Khalillah binti Hussin informed the court that one of the defendants is currently undergoing isolation.
