The Magistrate’s Court ordered a local to settle a BND17,300 fine after he pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing smuggled alcoholic beverages on Tuesday.
Mohd Nasrulhafiz bin Mohaimin, 26, would have to serve 13 months’ jail in default of payment of the fine.
