Applications for the Technical and Vocational Education Scholarship Scheme (BPTV) for the academic year 2023/2024 specifically for eligible ‘O’ Level school leavers to pursue higher education at local private higher institutions opens today and will close at 4pm on April 15, the Ministry of Education (MoE) through the Department of Scholarship Management announced on Wednesday.
