A senior immigration officer has denied all allegations involving corruption and graft as prosecutors finalised charges against him in the Magistrate’s Court on Thursday.
Senior Chief Immigration Officer Seruji bin Haji Setia, 52, is alleged to have received over BND2,000 worth of carpet gifts from a company connected with the official function of the defendant, who was at the time the head of the Work Pass Section, in January and April, 2022.
