The Intermediate Court on Monday fixed April 18 to give ruling on a defence ‘prima facie’ in a case of people smuggling.
Muhammad Zularif bin Zinial, 26, pleaded guilty to entering Brunei without using a passport on September 24, 2019 and denied a charge of conveyance of three smuggled Vietnamese individuals on a vessel he operated in September 2019.
