Close to 20,000 litres of diesel were being smuggled out of the country by 10 foreign men recently, according to allegations pressed by prosecutors in court on Tuesday.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Pengiran Hajah Nor Azmeena binti Pengiran Haji Mohiddin’s charges alleged that 10,000 litres of diesel worth BND3,100 was being illegally exported from a jetty in Muara at 9.56am on March 25 by four Indonesians – Arwin Usman, Idrus Sane, Sirijudding Bolong and Mas Nur bin Sipa – and Myanmar nationals Chan Nyein Aung, Khant Lin Htut and Aye Min Han.
