Brunei Darussalam earned their first medal of the 32nd Southeast Asian Games after securing bronze in the men’s under-55 kilogrammes event in karate at the Chroy Changvar International Convention and Exhibition Center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia on Saturday.
National karate exponent Muhd Harith bin Dahlan beat his Laotian opponent H Vongsidar 6-2 in the repechage round to claim the all-important bronze.
