Brunei Darussalam, ranking 21st of 22, received an Express Mail Service (EMS) Cooperative Customer Care Award 2022 recently.
Acting Postmaster General Dr Rosdi bin Haji Abdul Aziz received the award on behalf of the Sultanate.
The award was presented during the EMS Cooperative General Assembly at the Universal Postal Union (UPU) International Bureau in Berne, Switzerland by UPU Director General Masahiko Metoki and EMS Cooperative Chair Patrick Richon.
