A 27-year-old man pleaded guilty to six charges of cheating on Saturday and will potentially be jailed for several years.
Royal Brunei Air Force Air Traffic Controller Lance Corporal Zainal Amiruddin bin Zainal Aliuddin was arrested on May 22 after an investigation was prompted by a series of police reports regarding a scam involving auto parts.
Prosecutor Syafina binti Abdul Hadzid said the defendant had cheated five people into believing that he could supply car parts that they were looking for.
