A 34-year-old local was sentenced on Monday to six years and six months’ jail with three whippings after he was found guilty of a charge for possessing two self-made rifles at home without licence. Deputy Public Prosecutor Raihan Nabilah binti Ahmad Ghazali produced 10 witnesses in proving the case against Norfazilah bin Abdul Rahman beyond reasonable doubt.
