As Muslims are days away from ushering the month of Zulhijjah, a month in the Islamic calendar dedicated to haj pilgrimage and sacrificial worship, Imams in the Friday sermon on Friday called on the Ummah to multiply their pious act in the first 10 days of Zulhijjah as righteous deeds performed these days are better than those performed on any other day and are considered better than returning from fighting in the path of Allah the Almighty.
Among the most important practices that should be performed and multiplied these days are to increase Sunnat prayers, observe Sunnat fasting and intensify Zikir recitation.
