Deputy Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Primary Resources and Tourism Wardi bin Haji Mohammad Ali, 51, indicted with multiple charges of misconduct in public office, yesterday introduced lawyers Roy Prabhakaran and Pengiran Khairul Nizam bin Pengiran Haji Mohd Yassin from law firm Yusof Halim and Partners to represent him.
No plea was entered on Tuesday, and Magistrate Harnita Zelda Skinner adjourned the case to July 25 for the newly appointed counsels to prepare for the case.
