Three national swimmers left the country on Wednesday to take part in the 2023 World Aquatics Championships at the Marine Messe Fukuoka in Fukuoka, Japan which will be held until July 30.
The national team comprises male swimmers Joel Ling and Zeke Chan as well as female swimmer Hayley Wong, accompanied by National Head Coach Wu Na and Manager Linda Lai.
The Brunei team will begin their campaign this Sunday with Hayley registered in the 100-metre butterfly before returning to the pool for the 100-metre freestyle event next Thursday.
