A three-kilometre walkathon will be held at Taman Haji Sir Muda Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien on October 8 at 7am, said Acting Director of Co-Curriculum Education Department at the Ministry of Education (MoE) Julaihi bin Mohamad/Mohamat during a press conference at the ministry on Saturday.
The walkathon, organised by the MoE through its Co-Curriculum Education Department, will be held to commemorate the Teacher’s Day Celebration this year.
The acting director said, “The event is organised to enliven the 33rd Teacher’s Day celebration themed ‘Guru Berkualiti Pemacu Transformasi Pendidikan’.”
