A 29-year-old foreign national was ordered to settle a BND10,000 fines after pleading guilty in the Magistrate’s Court on Thursday to possessing smuggled goods.
Indonesian Saiful Vristanto would have to serve 10 months in jail if he fails to settle the fine.
He was found by customs preventive officers possessing nine packets of cigarettes and a vape at a house in Kampong Mumong, close to midnight on March 28.
