The Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday handed down a 24 months’ jail sentence to a 24-year-old local man following his guilty pleas towards seven charges of taking indecent photos of women in the female toilet at his workplace.
Deputy Public Prosecutor Nurul Fitri binti Kiprawi revealed in court that Mohammad Nurhafiz bin Haji Bogaibah worked as a deliveryman for a private corporation in Kampong Masin.
He admitted that he had secretly captured numerous photographs of his female colleagues in the toilet between July 10 and August 10.
