The country reported 87 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday, bringing the total number of confirmed infections to 142,166, according to the Ministry of Health (MoH).
Five cases were from 126 RT-PCR laboratory tests performed in the last 24 hours while 82 were from antigen rapid test results.
There are two Category 5 cases receiving treatment in the intensive care unit (ICU) and two cases in Category 4 requiring oxygen assistance and under close monitoring.
The MoH said 120 cases have recovered, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 141,408 cases.
Meanwhile active cases in the country has decreased to 540.
The percentage of children aged five to 11 having received their first dose of Covid-19 vaccine remained at 50.5 per cent.
