A local man pleaded guilty on Tuesday to trespassing into Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital to cause annoyance and commit mischief by damaging property.
Mohammad Salahuddin bin Haji Marjik, 43, however denied a charge of committing criminal intimidation by pointing a sharp metal rod at a woman at a rest house on November 11.
Judge Radin Safiee bin Radin Mas Basiuni at the Intermediate Court fixed December 5 to hand down sentence and December 12 to set trial dates for the intimidation charge.
