Brunei’s postal services have been undergoing transformation with the enactment of the Postal Services Order 2023, placing regulatory functions under the purview of the Authority for Info-communications Technology Industry of Brunei Darussalam, said Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Transport and Info-communications (MTIC) Haji Mohammad Nazri bin Haji Mohammad Yusof.
He said this at the 29th ASEAN Postal Business Meeting (APBM) on Monday. He also said, “Our aspiration is to enhance postal services by offering improved and accessible solutions to users, thus contributing sustainably to the economy.
“The collaborative environment of APBM fosters learning from experiences and challenges of other postal service providers though a platform of substantive deliberation.”
