Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital yesterday reminded the public that visitors and patients seeking treatment must conduct antigen rapid test (ART) screening within 24 hours and have the results uploaded to the BruHealth app.
This was in reference to the Ministry of Health’s (MoH) policy on visits to government hospitals released on Sunday.
The hospital will not have ART kits but there will be designated areas for visitors and patients bringing their own kits to carry out the screening.
The hospital’s visiting hours are noon to 1.30pm and 5pm to 9pm daily. There’s a limit of four visitors per day with a maximum of two visitors per session.
The latest policy is aimed at safeguarding the well-being of patients, visitors, carers and hospital staff from COVID-19 and reducing the risk of outbreak in the facility.
