DST Network (DSTN) Sdn Bhd on Wednesday announced that the USMS Smart Metering System experienced issues from December 17 to December 27, 2023, resulting in discrepancies in the consumption and customers’ accounts.
The issues were rectified on December 29. However, some customers may still be experiencing difficulties, the company said, adding that they should contact the DSTN helpline or Darussalam Line 123 for assistance.
