HECAS 2024 (First Round) online application to local higher education institutions, including Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD), Universiti Islam Sultan Sharif Ali (UNISSA), Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) and Politeknik Brunei (PB), and for the Brunei Government Overseas Scholarship, under the Ministry of Education’s (MoE) Department of Scholarship Management, for the 2024/2025 academic year commences today at 9am and will close on February 29 at 3pm, the ministry announced through the Department of Higher Education on Wednesday.
The programme levels offered are Level 5 Diploma, Higher National Diploma and First Degree programmes.
The HECAS online application is opened for holders of valid Brunei Darussalam-issued identity cards (yellow, purple or green).
