A delegation from Brunei Darussalam attended the second Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) Defense Ministers Council meeting in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Saturday.
Representing Brunei Darussalam and on behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Minister of Defence II Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof.
The IMCTC is an initiative established by Saudi Arabia in 2015, with its first meeting held in 2017 in Riyadh.
