Application for the Technical and Vocational Education and Training Scheme (TVET) for the academic session of 2024/2025, specifically for eligible ‘O’ level school leavers to pursue higher education at local private higher institutions is now open, the Ministry of Education (MoE) through the Department of Scholarship Management announced on Thursday.
The TVET scheme is a collaborative project between the MoE and the Manpower Planning and Employment Council (MPEC) at the Prime Minister’s Office.
The scheme is the government’s efforts to improve knowledge and skills of the workforce.
