National Carrier Royal Brunei Airlines (RB), hosted its annual ‘Raya Bersama RB’ celebration at Serambi Batil of Tarindak D’Seni in Jalan Residency on Tuesday.

Minister at the Prime Minister’s Office and Second Minister of Defence Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Rtd) Dato Paduka Seri Awang Haji Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof; Minister of Development Dato Seri Setia Haji Awang Mohd Juanda bin Haji Abdul Rashid, RB’s Chairman and Minister of Transport and Infocommunications Pengiran Dato Seri Setia Shamhary bin Pengiran Dato Paduka Mustapha were present as special guests of the event.

Also in attendance were foreign envoys in the country, RN board of directors, permanent Secretaries and deputy permanent secretaries and RB business partners.

RB CEO Captain Sabirin bin Haji Abdul Hamid was on hand to welcome and greet their guests along with other senior management staff of RB

A spread of Hari Raya cuisines were served for guests to enjoy including the traditional Ambuyat complete with its condiments and sauces while engaging in networking opportunities among the guests invited to the joyous occasion.

The celebration marks an annual event hosted by RB during this festive season, which amongst all aims to strengthen ties with those who have collaborated and supported the airlines over the years. – Lyna Mohammad
